Where we ship
We currently ship to all UK postcodes including the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. International shipping is coming soon — keep an eye on our newsletter for updates.
Shipping costs
- Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30
- £3.95 standard delivery on orders under £30
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your basket.
How quickly we send your order
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
How long delivery takes
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrives within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Remote postcodes (some Highland and Island areas) may take a day or two longer.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If you've not had an email, please check your spam folder first — if it's still missing, drop us a line at info@mooeys.co.uk and we'll dig out the details.
If your order doesn't arrive
Royal Mail considers a UK parcel delayed after 10 working days and lost after 21. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@mooeys.co.uk and we'll investigate with the courier. We'll always sort it for you — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
If it arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please email us at info@mooeys.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, no quibbles.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering. If you spot a mistake immediately, drop us a message and if we haven't already dispatched, we'll do our best to update it.
Refill collections
If you'd prefer to collect a refill in person rather than have it posted, you can bring your empty bottle into any Mooeys salon and we'll refill it for you.
