Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your MOOSKIN. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.
Unopened products — 14 days
If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, unused MOOSKIN product within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at info@mooeys.co.uk and we'll talk you through it. You'll need to send the product back to us in its original, sealed condition. Once it arrives safely, we'll refund you the cost of the product within 5 working days.
Please note: return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Opened or used products
For health and hygiene reasons, we're not able to accept returns on any product that's been opened or used. We hope you understand — once a seal is broken, we can't resell it, and it wouldn't be fair to the next customer. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, please get in touch before you open it and we'll do our best to help.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, please email us at info@mooeys.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out straight away — either a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. No quibbles.
How to start a return
Email info@mooeys.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for return
We'll reply within one working day with next steps and a return address.
A small ask
We're a small, founder-led brand. Returns cost us time and money, so we'd rather get it right the first time. If you've got any questions about a product before you order, please ask — we'd love to help you choose the right one.
